Please note that Exhibitor applications are further down. You will have to read through a bunch of rules, requirements and safety information before you can apply. You can obviously skip all that but it is not recommended as we may fail you if you answer incorrectly in your application.

Attendee Application

Please now take your time to read through all the below to ensure you're up to speed and agree with everything. It is important that you know all this as some of it may come up in the application or be great to know before you get to far into the process. If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask us.

Security & Safety

At showbus we try to make each and every event as safe and secure as we possibly can with new safety measures and security checks in place each year. Sadly we cannot protect against every form of attack especially when it comes to hacking but we do our best.

This year we are increasing our minimum account age limit to 200 days meaning if your account was created less than 6 months ago you cannot attend our event not even as a visitor.

We also have various checks in place that we cannot discuss that way they cannot be easily bypassed but we are also logging every single players username that enters the game both locally and on the server meaning if any user decides to leaked the game there username is safely hidden within the files this is entirely impossible for them to find unless they spend countless hours searching for where this value has been placed as it is randomly placed each time and is pasted in countless places we will also use this username to make a report and a DMCA request if anything is to be leaked.

This year we have also invested in several anti-cheats and anti-exploits which although does not guarantee that hackers wont gain access to the game since ROBLOX themselves doesn't have a natively built in anti-cheat.

In the events that the worst does happen we at TransportX take full responsibility and will do everything within our power to assist you and to help you with DMCA requests and anything else.

At the end of Showbus all assets that we have downloaded and saved to the game will be deleted within 24-72 hours of the event ending on the last day and you're more than welcome to make any request of removal before the end of the event if you decide you want to leave. However this will only happen before or after the event starts on that day if you request asset removal while the event is in progress it wont be removed until afterwards.

Requirements & Rules

Every stand is expected to follow the following rules and requirements no matter who you are.

• Group must have 100+ Members (can be waived if you're trusted)

• Group owner must be 13+ Years old

• Group as a whole must not be affiliated with leaks or stolen assets [all staff included]

• Free Models will not be allowed at Showbus (all models must be paid for or gifted to you by its creator or those with permission)

• Buses part count must be suitably low [single deckers less than 110 | double deckers less than 160]

• Plot part count must not exceed 600 anything over will be revoked

• Scripts ARE NOT allowed [typically] if you want scripts on your plot ASK FIRST

• Unanchored parts are a no go (we will anchor everything beforehand)

• DO NOT ask to drive buses or drive shuttle services

• DO NOT ask about becoming a VIP member (we decide this)

• 5 Vehicles at most

• Maximum of 3 model buses (tiny die cast like models without interiors)

Applying for Showbus

Please be sure you meet our minimum requirements before applying as if you do not meet these you risk not being added to the event. Please also note that if you go over our minimum part allowance your stand will be revoked and you'll be asked to fix it or do a new one. You'll also be required to join the following group: https://www.roblox.com/groups/13035149/Showbus

It is required for you to join the group so that you can be ranked in game and on the server correctly.

Any and all information submitted is strictly confidential and only visible by Rolex himself

Under no circumstance will anything be shared or exported elsewhere (all applications are deleted after being read)
